Cancellations and returns

- Delivery of a product for the purpose of exchange or return will be done at the customer's expense and by agreement in advance, provided that 14 days have not passed since the receipt of the goods and with an original invoice.
- In the case of a product return, the customer will be credited with the price of the product minus the shipping costs paid by the company, even if it is written that the price includes shipping. Subject to the shipping rate of the courier company. If the purchased product is defective, the cost of returning the product including shipping will be borne by the company.

The "website management" or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible for delays and/or disruptions in the delivery of the product that depend on a third party (strikes, breakdowns, power outages, force majeure, war, etc.).
- The product will be delivered to the name and address provided by the purchaser and/or entered by the purchaser into the system, when making the purchase. "Hopesport" will not be responsible for any mistake in the execution of the purchase transaction, which results from entering any incorrect details by the buyer into the system.

- Orders up to NIS 299: home delivery at a cost of NIS 29.90
- Orders over NIS 299: free home delivery throughout the country
- The payment for delivery will be paid at the time of ordering.
The courier company coordinates the delivery with the customer.
